App versus browser: key differences
Our dadunations native app (Android APK) stores session data locally, allowing you to resume live blackjack or a Liga 1 match preview even if your connection drops temporarily. Push notifications alert you to fixture starts, payment confirmations, and account updates in real time. Browser-based access (iOS Safari, desktop Chrome, Firefox) avoids installation steps and storage use, keeping your device lean; however, refresh after network interruption is required. Both deliver identical market coverage, payment integrations (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), and security. Choose the app for convenience and offline resilience; choose the browser for portability and minimal footprint.
Device compatibility and network requirements
dadunations supports Android 7.0 (API 24) and higher on the native app side, covering devices from approximately 2016 onwards. iOS users require iOS 12 or later to use our web-app installation in Safari. Both paths function on 4G LTE and WiFi; on weak or 3G networks, page load times may extend, but core functionality (account login, payment submission, live-market display) remains accessible. We do not require a minimum data speed, only that your device maintains a connection stable enough to verify one-time passwords and process transactions. No specific processor or RAM tier is mandated; our interface scales across budget and flagship devices alike.
Common installation issues and troubleshooting
Android users occasionally encounter certificate-validation warnings. This occurs when your device's system clock is incorrect or when your device lacks recent security certificates. Verify your phone date and time are accurate, then retry. If the message persists, update your Android security patches via Settings → System Update. On rare occasions, antivirus software may block APK installation; temporarily disable it, install the app, then re-enable protection. iOS users installing via web-app should confirm they are using the share menu to add a bookmark to the home screen, not saving a screenshot. If the bookmark fails to load, clear Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and reinstall.
Data, permissions and account security on dadunations
Our mobile app requests minimal permissions: internet access to connect to our servers, and storage access to cache session data and facilitate faster reloads. We do not request camera, contacts, or location data. Any permission request outside these two categories is a security warning — do not grant it. Your account credentials (email, password) are encrypted in transit and at rest; dadunations never stores payment card details on your device. After you log out or uninstall the app, cached session files are retained locally unless you manually clear app storage. Before selling or gifging a device, sign out from dadunations and clear app cache to ensure no residual account data remains accessible. All communication between your device and our servers uses industry-standard TLS encryption. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team via the in-app help menu.
